Wow, so really have not fallen of the face of the Earth.
Good luck with the big move. I hope you are still running. Send me your e-mail address once you get settled in. I would not mind keeping in touch every so often.
On August 9th there is an alumni run and cookout at Hermitage. Supposedly trying to make it a bigger event this year with a lot more old people like me and you. I hope it goes well and I hope to see some old friends again.
And if you are still running, then get blogging again !
Travel safely, Mike. Enjoy your new digs and your new city. Good luck to you and your family with the big move.

Gee, I missed your move. I guess I should have checked your blog sometime in the last six months. How is the running in Chattanooga?

Hi Paul. The running here is different.
There aren't any big races in town and 1:15 will win all but the fastest half marathon. It is easier to train here during the winter. I ran in shorts and a tee on Christmas morning but it rains a lot. We had 15 inches of rain from Thanksgiving until the first week of January. I'm ready to head back to Utah. I'd brave the cold to see the sun.
Amy has a really good job and we live in a nice place. People are friendly and the food is deep fried. Most of the culture revolves around football, golf, and lite beer; three things that I despise.

Nice to here from you. Can we convert you from being a lost sheep?

Mike - saw that you won The Other Half. Nice job. I've enjoyed that race very much; hope you had good weather.
